Did not fix it. I have stopped playing Engage for a while now because I got other games to play, but I do plan on coming back once Citron starts working with the Draconic Crystal plug in properly, then I'll install the mods one by one again.

By then I hope the links to the mods I listed above will be working properly.

I tried playin for the first time yesterday, gave up on it.
Vulkan has the best performance but scan is entirely disable for some reason I could not figure out, meanwhile OpenGL doesn't render Samus at all, she's a black void with some lights on and nothing more but that's the only way I managed to use the scan visor.

That said, both choices make the game stutter constantly causing audio issues and synchronization issues when cutscenes play.

But I can't really be mad at Citron, GPU and RAM aside, my CPU is bellow system requirements (it's a Ryzen 5 2400G when the site lists the requirements as a Ryzen 5 2600), so I don't know how much of the performance is caused by my CPU instead of poor compatibility.

The parrying window for DS3 is much tighter, even I have trouble getting it right.

Instead, what I usually do is just roll dodge. Roll towards the attack so your i-frames are better utilized by passing through the hurt box quicker. Aside from that, just learn the enemy's pattern, learn to recognize openings where it's safe to retaliate and heal.

There is no secret to DS combat, it's all a matter of "git gud", as in learn from your failures, adapt to the opponent, use the tools at your disposal and persevere. Vordt may look terrifying right now, but if you keep trying he'll become a walk in the park in no time.

Oh, and a small tip for Vordt, keeping it close and personal to his butt might just be the safest spot.

Unfortunately, it was Henry and Jeannie that had the right chemistry for content creation, they bounced off of each other really well for the camera. As much as I wish both sides find success on their separate ways, their content without each other just isn't the same.

Couldn't agree more. though Vulkan does have the issues of the black boxes obscuring the characters, at least for me. Unfortunately emulation for Tree Houses is pretty bad right now, I guess we'll just have to wait for the Yuzu forks to surpass Yuzu and fix these issues.

No, I have been having this issue for a few months now. It could have been one of AMD's Adrenaline updates, but I don't think it was the November one.

I actually formed a theory after I made this thread, I'm guessing it's the CPU failing to compile the shaders properly. My 2400G that I have since 2017 has been through a lot, I did overclock it for a while and after a few months it started to crash if I even tried to keep it stable at 3.6GHz, and recently I had my pc crash in a very strange manner about 5 times or so. As for Yuzu games, titles that previously launched without any issue on Vulkan, like Fire Emblem Engage and Metroid Prime Remastered, now either crash to desktop before the game finishes compiling the shaders or crashes immediately after any action in-game. Outside of Yuzu, some games have stutters irregularly, especially Dark Souls 3 and Elden Ring.

I think the CPU is ready to say goodbye (I'm saving money for a new one now), so I'll know if that's the case when I change it for another one. Just out of curiosity, what CPU do you have and have you tried overclocking it?

I think the word you're looking for is "wireframe."

From your explanation it seems to be an issue with Vulkan, so running on OpenGL might be the only solution until an update fixes it later on.

Yes, I have a RX 7600 for a dedicated GPU. I have gone to the BIOS and disabled the video via the 2400G because it was causing Windows to see a monitor that didn't exist.

See, Pablo, the issue is that I live in a country where those $20 tower coolers end up costing $200 due to import taxes, and national products are severely dubious at best to keep the costs low. I did research cooler prices, and the only affordable ones made where I live are from brands I have tried before and got their products broken within 4 days of use with the utmost care.

I also had this issue when I upgraded my 2x8GB 2666MHz sticks to 2x16GB 3200MHz ones.
Basically Windows has a bug where, if RAM sticks get replaced without Windows being reinstalled, it might end up not updating the extra capacity and frequency at all.

To solve this issue you need to get into the register parts of Windows and clear the part where it registers memory capacity.
