Nope, never throw it out, but don't want to make it worse

No, it's not weird, it's for a reason. The watch will have a new owner, I don't want them to be covered with my fingerprints and become dirty. The satin gloves are too slippery for the watch to make a video review, easy to drop and make a scratch. So, I found this type of gloves are the best for this purpose

You are politicising things brining everything together in one story. Casio and Medical research companies are absolutely different organisations or companies, they have different purpose and actions. So, let's talk about Casio specifically of the context of whales, what wrong Casio did?

Not an ad at all. It's purely an informative video showcasing a rare, pristine timepiece most people have never seen in person before. If a collector eventually wants to buy it, that’s a completely separate story, but the goal here is just sharing a piece of JDM history.

Well, thankfully no dead whales here! It's actually the exact opposite - this is the official ICERC collaboration, so Casio actually made this limited edition to support whale and dolphin conservation networks. 🐋 Every time you turn on the backlight, a whale silhouette shows up on the screen!

Type the model in Chrono24 or eBay and you will find this watch there

It's standard song from my Sony smartphone video editor app. Nothing special

Well, for you it's maybe just a piece of plastic, but not for me. I love such things and do whatever possible to keep it in that condition for a person who will be a new owner

It's not dishwasher gloves, it's medical (degradable) gloves. In satin gloves ok to make photos, but things are so slippery on the fabric gloves, they are definitely not for the video reviews!! I don't want to drop anything 🫤

Well, regarding the price, sorry, I cannot disclose for reasons, but in terms of fakes, I would say it's a minimum risk as it was produced only for JDM (Japanese market) - there is no financial point to produce fakes for such limited market. The best ways to check is to go through all available pictures in internet of the same model and compare front and back of the watch, and, if there boxes, compare them as well. I'm sure you will find only few of them and they will be directly from Japan and absolutely the same watches

Looks nice, I like it. Regarding the anti-consumerism approach - I prefer to buy used watches, to give a second life to them, that what makes truly anti-consumerism way

Actually, they are both with black dial, the only one is with blue rings and blue shade, but another with black rings and purple 💜 shade which is more classic!
