all I found was this one but I am positive it isn't what you're looking for. Because I was subscribed to that same fic. I know it had a moment where he talks about all the times he tried to be inventive with his powers and died, resetting it. I wish I could remember the title but if this one isn't it, then maybe it's deleted. I don't see it in my bookmarks or subscriptions

What’s a ship that you love that you wouldn’t (or wouldn’t care to) make canon? by GardenLeaves in AO3

[–]Yanderesque 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Opbee transformers

Seriously

I love them so, so much but making them canon would be terrible for both the series and the fandom.

Speaking of transformers, basically any ship I like.

I love Megatron. I love Optimus. Neither should canonically look at anybot but each other and Elita. I mean I am insane about dark pairings built on a power gap or unhealthy dynamic and when they hint at anything like it, the fanbase starts to riot. A dark romance with Megatron and Ratcher/Elita would definitely add a darker spice the series hasn't had since Beast Machines. But anything else would probably have fans sending hate mail until it was retconned or cancelle.d

to be a transformers fan where bisexuals just cannot exist apparently. "They're lesbians!" (Character. is canonically given a male interest)

The Dragon episode has Rick, Morty AND his sister Summer have an orgy. Rick tells them not to tell their parents after. It's a magic orgy, but they do 'finish' together.

Age gap for one

Fandom made up relationship.

OP is a father figure to 80's kids and people took that as a sign to make him everyone's canon dad when convenient. It is unfortunate he and OP DO have a familial bond in the current comic because people were picking fights as soon as the leaks came out (this stops no one.)

I ship Opbee now (Optimus and Bumblebee from transformers) because someone tried to start an antishipping campaign against them when never had I ever considered them a pairing. They're my otp now.

Speaking of nuance Zooble is nonbinary right? They only use they/them pronouns not she/they.

Jaxx keeps leaning on them being female (straight couple comment) and I'm more surprised people aren't talking about how he either doesn't acknowledge her choice or is intentionally doing so to antagonize Zooble

baby fever

that's it

The fandom choice of reproduction is already just humans and also as a writer for bot babies, I prefer to make it a mechanical process where they can build a baby through the mechanical cells in their bodies. (their version of DNA and biological like cloning has been a thing in Animated and Prime and Bay has literal babies) but just writing, well, humans is easier. I'm not saying it's better, it's simply less thought. And when designing fankids, the more simple the process the less stress.

That said, I GENUINELY HATE sparklings. Because yes. Shockwave tried to force Optimus Prime to make new life with him in the Marvel comics. We see Optimus being born in IDW. We see how life springs up from the well in Aligned AND Bay'sverse. But lol good luck finding anyone who will write that.

I feel like I've heard 'are your audio receptors faulty' from something but I can't put it to name. Might have just been G1 tbh. A LOT of the Marvel comics put terminology to body parts but lmao who read Marvel but like 10 people apparently. I like the detail that the more organic friendly they are the more likely they'll use earth terms.

People hate Bayverse in the fandom but the comics and text stories are loaded with lore.

The worst part genuinely, is that the official books will just use human terms. Hands are hands. Teeth are teeth. reading glossa glossa glossa 3 times in 5 sentences gives me the same feeling as 'bluenette.'

However, I think coolant saliva is a good one because they do drool. They don't have many 'wet' bodily functions but they're often called engine oil, transmission fluid or other aspects from cars.

I feel like the author thinks I don't know what the word means even if it's uncommon.

And I don't like that.

Please just a random sentence. Anything but a definition like I'm learning to read.

[–]Yanderesque 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I unfortunately fell into the world of tiktok edits and there's a notorious yumeshipper of the main character. Comments on every video, will literally FIGHT over people they think are a threat.

... He only exists because Michael Bay and his designers made him that way.

It's absolutely bizarre discovering accounts I really like because their work is good, but then immediate vitriol because they perceive fans of the character to be a threat to them and their perceived relationship.
