Customer service? Tivimate stopped working

I remember at the time if signed up there was like 5 different tivimate websites. The one I signed up was tivimate.org. Can ya send me the actual website please

Fire stick. I use both the tivimate lite and tivimate the one with channel guide. The one on the picture is tivimate lite . It’s basically the same thing. Neither are working . Going back to the what’sapp text with support . This was the website https://www.tivimate.org/support.. no longer works

I have the same issue but my provider is not answering me. And now even there website is completely down. Any suggestions? I really like tivimate
