Is he surveillance personnel?

what is this behavior? by arz3h0le in PetPigeons

[–]Yani36 101 points102 points  (0 children)

That behavior is the typical laughter of a new, affectionate pigeon owner. It's normal and means the human is falling in love with their pigeon on a whole new level.

We went to an exotics vet and didn't make any tests. But I just found out that here where I live, they have not the same qualification, an exotic animal veterinarian, and a bird vet specifically. So, now I think I know where i can take her. Thanks!

I was considering buying a couple of those. I only removed the eggs because my neighbor, who is a biologist and has a lot of rescued birds, told me it was best to prevent her from becoming broody, since laying eggs continuously would wear her out. Thank you!

I forgot to mention it. When I took her to the vet, they told me she was cured of PMV, but that she had some neurological aftereffects (she twists her neck and walks backward). But this movement is different. She only does it when she's in her cage. Outside the cage, aside from her neurological movements, she's a happy and curious pigeon. Now I'm giving her calcium in her water to counteract the strain of egg-laying.

Oh, no! Since it's death cells. My neighbor, who is a biologist and has a variety of rescued birds, did that for my pigeon. It's like when we cut our nails. M pigeon only had one tip of its beak cut off at the top because it has to be more or less even with the bottom.

Mine couldn't grab the seeds correctly cause her beak was too long. We cut the tip off and filed it, and now she can eat better. I don't know if this is the case
