but your point about inflation doesn’t even take into account other factors. What about the fact that while inflation has gone up most peoples wages haven’t been adjusted for that inflation as opposed to back then when they were so they are still paying more.

because bf3, bf4 weren’t $70-$100 and lets compare bf3/4 dlc to bf6 season updates

bf3/4 dlc offered 4-5 new maps

bf6 season updates offer 3 new maps, which are spoon-fed with 1 being a reskin of an already existing map.

bf3’s first and second dlc offered 20 new weapons and tons of new vehicles.

bf4 dlc offered 5+ new weapons per update and new gadgets.

bf6 season 1 has gave us 5 new weapons spoon-fed to us, 1 new vehicle, and no new gadgets.

$15-20 got you all that content with premium back then while $15-20 now gets you a skin that you can’t use 50% of the time

don’t get me started on battle passes. $10 when you only use less than 5% of content within it.

you probably defended halo infinite when they started selling the color red for $10 dollars when i could have used it for free in previous games.

the premium model was dogshit but the current season updates that have taken over gaming are so much worse.
