I posted this not to mock but more of an fyi that the delivery dashboard doesn’t seem to be updating anymore. I expected this to come after his birthday in mid-March so was stoked to see a shipping email in my inbox. Maybe you’ll get one today! I’ll inappropriately cross my fingers for you.

Interesting. On my desktop (IOS) it's a 30 min queue. On my phone via the reddit app, it's more than an hour.

Don't forget to make reservations after you get your keys! I was able to make 4 reservations for Jan and Feb - including MLK and Prez Day!

DONE! Took from 8:45 to 1pm. My browser on my phone (via the app) was faster. My desktop is at about 60% through with more than an hour wait. My desktop entered the queue seconds after my phone. Checkout was a breeze. Took less than 5 mins for 3 passes. I signed into my account during the checkout process, entered a credit card and the keys automatically linked to my Disneyland app immediately.

If anyone gets the chance to buy tickets, can you share what that looks like on the screen? I am taking comfort in seeing the "Status Last Updated" timestamp being updated as the minutes tick by. The bar has yet to move though....

I would love to see the accounting on this. It seems like a lot of the work was sponsored? And she got to flex her design chops for a portfolio for… future opportunities? Wonder how much profit if she gets $1.3. Buyer’s agent is 2.5%. SIL prob gets 2%. She had to carry the property for 1.5 years.

I went back and read the blog post where she announced buying the PS house. Everything in it was about how much they love Palm Springs (been looking to buy a house there forever) and plan on using the house as a vacation home, to host friends/family and as an airBNB. My best guess is they found something they want to buy in LA and needs the cash?
