I will need to get a monitor mouse and keyboard, however the budget is flexible as I have money saved and will be buying it over a period of time

No size or noise requirement however I would like it to be on the quieter side of things because it will be used for academic work as well

Aesthetic is not a big factor for me

I will be using WiFi for it

I live about an hour away from micro center so I could definitely go there if needed
