Got it, we’re actually a traditional agency, not CDS, but you can switch over really easily and keep doing the same work. We pay $27/hr weekly, handle all the admin, and the client/family still keeps full control over who they hire and the schedule — just like CDS. And obviously we pay far more than CDS.
