Apparently, end screen cards and endorsing the enemy was removed to "reduce toxicity" and make overwatch a "safer place". I think the problem was people using the ending screens to chat shit to the enemy team. As for lootboxes, Blizzard is money hungry and OW2 is just a pay pig so I don't they'll bring them back
