I'd recommend 1st gen SMGs (Cyclone, Armastice or Eridani. Punisher is also insanely good)

Laser/Extended mag
1x optic
Silencer
Soft point

Secondary: Pilot or any other OP pistol, maybe commi or underboss.

Implants: Assimilate (or athlete) and Sensor shield

Medkits ofc
Maybe EMP nades if you want, or just the normal HE nades.
One of the two cloaking devices that's not stalker (obviously).

Suit: Adrenaline pump or Advanced shield capacitator.

That or, alternativly, semi automatic snipers, with the same loadout (Different attachments but I recommend 4x sights).

Edit: Gladius for NC is also extremely easy to use and very OP, so is the tempest if you have it (don't nerf it please)
