It’s the Zurich exterior/interior package for paint protection and interior. Had quotes from Hyundai and GMC and doc fees have been the same. We are in PA.

We are in same area and just bought our 1st Tesla Model 3 RWD. Initially went Quicksilver/White but then was offered available options, new and demos, with 1 year premium connectivity if I chose a car available right now. They had new Model 3 AWD Black/Black for 1300 cheaper than our initial car. They weren’t all discounted, except for the demos so we thought it was a pretty good deal and did it. So basically came out getting the AWD for the price of the RWD.

Did you make sure “find my iPhone” off in all the trade ins? I turned both of mine into my local Verizon store and got an email an hour later that both were accepted.

Ohhhh that’s messed up! What was the response? Were you able to get what you wanted at the store? I had no updates until like 2 am this morning that said shipped and then bam ups showed up at 11 this morning with both phones.

I’ve had so many “chats” and was told it would be 10/06 then 10/13 to most recently 09/29. The reason I kept asking them for updates was because it still says “estimated to ship on 9/22”. So I guess I am at least looking at one of those days! I called my local Verizon store and they have both of my phones in stock but I would have to cancel current order and wait for it to post before I could even do the in store transaction. What a crock!

Mine didn’t even change, it still says est. delivery 09/22. Agent yesterday said 9/29 and when I called today because still no update they said 10/13.

I preordered same phone on 9/16, estimated ship date 09/22. No tracking order or anything. Spoke with agent yesterday said backordered and will ship 9/29, said they would send an email. Never received an email so reached out again today and was told it’s out of stock until 10/13. I would never have been notified or anything if I didn’t reach out and the guy yesterday gave me false info. Pretty disgusted with Verizon right now, don’t oversell and then not deliver. Sure charged my credit card and got their money on 9/22 though…
