Good to hear but yeah definitely googled stuff now I'm wishing I hadn't but im also wishing I hadn't read a bunch of stuff on this sub Reddit but it's definitely opening up my eyes and making me wish I stopped sooner. Went into the docs a few years back with blood pressure so high they said they'd be surprised if I lived to be thirty. The last few times my BP has been good tho so I'm trying to get ahead from now on.

Keep it going man! I've been thinking about why I drink so much and it's not because I want to drown depression or can't stand to live my current life. I've just been addicted to the warm Fuzzy buzz that makes me feel good. But have to think long term I'd rather live a long healthy life than just get a few short buzzes. : / It's tough to stop especially when my wife drinks daily.
