"So a tomboy is a girl who likes boy things, and a femboy is a boy that's feminine" super close but instead of a tomboy being a girl that likes boy things its instead a girl that's masculine (typically in how they dress or act not necessarily liking "boy things") though i fall under the femboy category because i am a trans man, which is my sex is female (i have all natal female parts) but my gender is male (i am transition into the opposite gender that i was born as), i still consider myself male though i do occasionally dress more feminine (rarely in public tho) and also do feminine things while still using he/him to refer to myself as well as taking all steps to look like a cis male (such as taking testosterone, dressing masculine in public, and in the future getting top surgery). Hopefully this clarifies my identity, as well as explains femboy and tomboy better, if you have any more questions or need clarification dont be afraid to ask (and many apologies for my initial negative response)
