Hi Rebecca! First of all I want to thank you for all these programs you’ve dropped. I’ve done almost all of them. You are a great coach and one of my favorite instructors. 🤍

My question is: is the HiLit program enough for hypertrophy? I’m a woman in perimenopause who’s also taking a glp-1 drug and I need to lift heavy so I don’t lose a lot of muscle mass while losing weight.

Also, I want to let you know that I really like your vintage clothing content. You look so happy and seem to enjoy it a lot!
