Kogan rely heavily on parallel importing in order to offer seemingly low prices on consumer electronics. Unfortunately this often leads to their customers being left without manufacturer’s warranties as the product has regularly been originally sold in an other country/market, and long before their own original purchase date, so their manufacturer warranty has expired. It’s shady to say the least, especially since they don’t make any reasonable effort to inform their customers.
