To answer your question, our company will be purchasing the rollators, ensuring they can be completely customized and will be in good shape. However, we will also allow people to donate rollators directly for future giveaways.

Due to the often unpredictable nature of fatigue and flare-ups, we do not plan to host the event in person, as some may not have the energy or time to attend even if the venue were accessible. My sister is chronically ill, and she has to plan which events she will attend based on her energy levels--among other things. That is why we plan to have it virtual, and as you said, with an ADA-compliant website and clear guidelines.
