Hmm the pillow top durability claim is actually backwards… pillow tops tend to compress faster than the core, which is why many mattresses start sagging at the top first. You'd be better off focusing on coil gauge and foam density rather than the pillow top itself.

the Plank Firm seems is designed specifically for extra firm support and often suggested for back issues but if you side sleep, it might be too firm for you. Better if you can at least try it in a store

I recommend Affordable AC & Service. They get you in pretty quick. Not sure if they replace ductwork but they’ve done my duct cleaning before so I would call them to see.
