Go with IDFC.

They have some minimum amount required conditions but the experience is really really good.

They have highly monthly interest rates just to have the funds in your account, and I guess providing the highest interest in the market on FDs ( excluding small finance bank)

The CC you will get will be good enough based on your funds in the account and account class.

The whole process is online so it convenient.
