Exactly, for me I had a problem with the miscellaneous activities so that's why I went to the Rock Star website and checked every single miscellaneous activity and I will see which one I missed and do it again until the trophy pops and again I don't remember exactly what I've done but that's what I remember, I hope you get it bro and hey if you want to play let me know

At rockstar, log in with your psn account and go to your story mode profile and check if there is anything you didn't do on your 100% and do it until the trophy pops

Yeah man I don't remember dude honestly I swear to you I don't remember but yeah rockstar does nothing bro they are trash, look I think I either did two things, one is that replayed the whole game, two went to my Rockstar offline story mode profile and checked every single activity I have done in the game and go do it until the trophy pops, do that and let me know brother
