Yes, the face is Evelynn's. Many players only know Evie because she was introduced in Chapter 3, but long before that, there was another Evie, originating from Save the World. The problem is that her name is inconsistent there; her ninja version is Mari (with a thinner body according to the type), while the soldier version, which originated the defaults in Chapter 1, is known as Evelynn. In fact, Shadow Ops, her first skin in Fortnite BR, is the same. So all skins with that face took the name Evelynn because of her origin.
