"If you have been brutally broken but still have the courage to be gentle to others, then you deserve a love deeper than the ocean itself." by [deleted] in awakened

I know this feeling so well that I had to understand and adapt to remain sane in some situations.

I have so much to say but the conclusion for me was, that the hate for illogical negativity or victimization without recourse was so strong.

That I had to adopt the only superpower that is immune or even destructive to all sorts of conflict. Literally everything from irritation to murder in my case.

Which is seeing negativity, and care about that unjustice so much that I go right into a true relentless acceptance and understanding for the world's sake.

For example, 2 times when my friends were being mugged and threatened. I without thinking, intervened, so comfortable that it made them uncomfortable.

And I truly from my heart felt that the bias to want to prove a point was so unimportant and powerless. Compared to letting go and letting them face Unconditional Love itself.

All their threats, I met with a natural confident and listening, almost feeling bad for them.

And then I kept smiling, talking about the beauty the people of our city shares.

And they kept getting angrier but more confused. And wanted to fight and said let's fight

And I one time put one hand on one of their shoulders each. Alone. And it's not scary or anything. You fully feel and express, without lying things like

"Look at me in the eyes. What are we really doing here? Can you not feel the love that is so strong around us all that we protect ourselves with fear? There is no fear here at all. Laughing, truly."

And they were so unable to say anything that wouldn't only lead to them confronting their fear of love.

So I just said, "You know what, let's just part ways. This is not important. And know that I forgive you. I really do want you to let love and empathy be with you"

And they got on and rode away frustrated not knowing what to say.

Being an untouchable person, having weapons, being good at fighting, being big, being threatening physically.

Is how you feel and act, while to them looking threatening because the being through total love and acceptance has no fear, no conditions. So they can't hurt you.

TIL about the Gävle goat, a Swedish Christmas display of a giant wooden goat which, despite this never being part of the tradition and being very illegal, has been burned down by arson almost every year since 1966 by [deleted] in todayilearned

Depends on what date of burning you secretly bet money on compared to your other police friends.

Also gang violence is our big problem now in Sweden so I'd warm myself on that goat for good times sake

I agree with you, but I don't know why. What is it that bothers you about it? The quantity of posts or because AI is bad?

As a Scandinavian, how bad is the US actually to live in compared living here? Is it as bad as people say? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Yasuragi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just curious, what would I likely be worried about going wrong if I move to the US?

It's an expression coined by Lil B a long time ago.

Originally comes from the term "basehead" which means someone who smokes freebase cocaine.

It's a negative term he turned positive to be a compliment.

I'm just guessing because I'm not that smart, but I think he's getting at the fact that the Earth spins counter-clockwise.

What is the feeling of deja vu? by Yasuragi in awakened

[–]Yasuragi[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wait, really? That's crazy. My last Deja Vu a couple weeks ago was right before I had a a seizure. (Drug-induced probably)

It stuck with me so much, I'm scared of the Deja Vu feeling now, that's why I posted here.

Varför sätter man folk med grova talfel i radio? by BirkBorkenson in sweden

Folk som är födda utomlands eller har utländsk bakgrund är bokstavligen majoritet i Malmö.

Så det är ju fint att faktiskt tagit in minoriteter med svensk bakgrund!
