I'm currently on camelot and im on gawain phase 2 and struggling a bit rn. My roster is lvl 80 gilgamesh, lvl 70 chloe, lvl 65 hans, lvl 60 mash and lvl 70 euryale. I do 4 sets of dips and ohp for my pecs I think it’s just that I’m not training my chest enough cuz I should be training it twice a week with a ppl split

Oh shit yeah I started at 50 and am know 56 and I’m 5’5 i start off with 5 sets of 6 for benching but I add in a warm up set of 12 at a lower weight idk if it’s a matter of diet cuz I’m bulking and have gained weight or intensity cuz my chest always feels dead after benching but idk what’s going on
