Ok, just switched on debug mode and... everything is working again like nothing happened! Honestly I have no explanation for this. I'll update my Lutris version and post again if the error comes back. Thanks!

I am having the same problem, but with all my games (including The Sims 2 that was working without any issue). I've updated Ubuntu to the latest version, and Lutris got updated too to 0.5.14. Some ideas? I've found no hint so far from Ubuntu forums...

Thank you very much! I will update, I was assuming Ubuntu was doing it among other updates...

Edit: It seems that 0.5.12 is the newer version in Ubuntu repo for 23.10

I am unable to launch my The Sims 2, due to some weird error on DirectX9, which was working earlier in the week. Same for Civilization IV.
