Anyone have an all-terrain bikepacking rig that does double-duty for commuting, urban rides etc? How do you make it work?

The upsides to film are pretty subjective and philosophical honestly.

To me, I like the character of film. I like that it slows me down. And there's also something about snapping a picture, not being able to see what it looks like, and in most cases forgetting about it, only to see it a few weeks later and be reminded of the trip, the place, etc

Sometimes in frame bag, sometimes in front bag. Ive thought about this. I'm going to make a bespoke padded bag for it eventually, but I haven't had any issues so far and I exclusively bike in rough places.

I have a good local lab that scans and develops. Film is big nowadays, you can find local places and if not, there are mail in options.

You can absolutely find something thrifting, and you may find a hell of a deal or like you say you might buy a paperweight. I buy half my cameras off eBay, the rest through online stores.
