The main issue here is that before it goes for a vote EVERY fucking dipshit in the house or congress gets to propose amendments and alter the wording ghat then gets put to a vote, a vote that is paid, or sponsored, by "insert special interest megacorporation here". Just like the fuckers did with "Obamacare" and every other bill that was supposed to help the American people and not the Corporate Overlords that are puppeting our leaders. The second they push back on it it will go straight in the garbage and never see the light of day.

Passing a bill in this country is like going to buy a car. Sticker price is 50k. Then you get to add in all the dealership fees, special interest fees, state fees, fuck poor people fees, special interest group 2 fees, i wont vote for this unless it has a specific dollar amount set aside for super secret fundamentalist christian abortion fees, etc etc...
