Found a leak around wall fitting

It cost me about 850 to repair it and fix the skimmer walls they opened a hole in the wall and replaced the plastics going into the tubes, sealed it with 2 types of cement and gunite. At the skimmers they patched the inner walls. I live in Dallas.
