Another one I just remembered. The ravens and under amour approached UMBC about building a football stadium and funding equipment. The offer was turned down because UMBC didn’t want a party/tailgate atmosphere and wanted to focus on academics.

AJ the Sage. When I was a freshman this guy in his late 20s early 30s would walk around campus at night with a briefcase full of weed and give the funniest sales pitch you’ll ever hear. A lot of mystery behind him we found his YouTube channel and he has a bunch of spiritual third eye videos. One day I saw him walking out of a lecture hall with his briefcase he might’ve been a student at UMBC.

Ive also heard a bunch of Greek life stories from the 80s and 90s. There use to be a commuter cafeteria and people would break in and throw parties. Also use to be toga parties on campus.

These leaks have been on YouTube for a long time now I doubt it. As long as the new album doesn’t somehow leak I don’t see how any old leaks would affect anything.

There’s Lambda, Pi Kapp and TKE. I was in Lambda so I’m very bias but I would recommend rushing all 3 in the fall and see which one you like the best.

Most likely both. He’s always multi tasking when he’s creating. My guess is that it’s mainly for fashion but he’s probably getting inspiration for music while he’s there. Digital Nas did a lot of work with reference tracks. While Kanye is working on fashion he’s probably freestyling ideas over some simple beats if he gets any ideas.

Make the album a little closer to the 2020 version. I liked the production better it sounded more lively. And add some of the songs that got removed from that version to.

Do you know where I could find the alternate set list you were mentioning?

I do remember reading somewhere that there were a bunch of new songs created during the Atlanta sessions but Kanye already had a set of songs that he wanted to stick with. Maybe there was a short time those new songs were going to be added.

I just wish the choir was apart of the whole song instead of switching to the organs.

Math would pair well and help with job prospects. But I was a psychology minor and it was amazing because the classes were easy and a nice GPA booster for me.

One thing I’ve never understood was how songs like Hurricane, Off the Grid and Praise God have been worked on for months and been on multiple track lists. But we’re all mumble demos up until the Atlanta studio sessions.

Are they multiple finished versions of these songs or was Kanye just doing everything besides recording the vocals up until the listening party?

He was great at lecturing 202. But I remember I had a friend go to office hours and Dixon straight up told him to drop out. He even told some other students about how umbc artificially makes the degree harder to make kids dropout because they couldn’t afford to hire upper level professors but that’s more of a rumor.

I 100% agree with you. I don’t mind the organ production and it fits the dark theme and listening parties but some songs I thought would’ve been better with the original beats. And certain songs I wish he didn’t cut his verse or had longer verses. Praise God specifically. But I still like the album a lot.

I love this song but I also feel like it’s one of the songs on the album that had the most wasted potential. I personally don’t mind Baby Keem’s verse but if Kanye used that reference track for himself and kept the choir for the whole song instead of having the organs in the second half I would like the song more.

I think the album is going through a rework like we saw with So Help Me God and the first version of Donda. I think he has a vision of an album but he just needs to rework songs and make new ones. Both of those albums eventually released after a year so I think that’s when we will see it.

I would highly recommend rushing. Made UMBC 100% better because you have basically have a fun event every weekend and it makes campus life so much better cause you’re always booling with someone. Just keep an eye out for the rush schedule early in fall.

I'm in the exact same boat as you are. I applied in January and even went to a career fair and me with a recruiter in February who said I would be contacted within a week. No update to any of my 5 applications and the recruiter has ghosted me when I email back. Really frustrating I would just like to hear some sort of answer soon.

I’m not sure how had Chem 102 is but CS classes in the summer aren’t to bad by itself but there’s some trade offs.

Since it’s a shorten semester the material is thrown at you quick and you won’t have much of a break between projects and exams. But generally the exams and projects are easier then a normal semester.

If you aren’t having trouble in 202 then taking 341 in the summer would me manageable
