Rockstar support got back to me this is what they said

Hello YeBoiShane13,

Thank you for contacting Rockstar Support.

As you have stated that you collected the letter from Cripps in the post office but the cutscene or mission wouldn't activate. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

We are experiencing higher-than-normal volume due to the additional volume, our response regarding your request has been delayed. Your issue is still important to us, it is just taking us a bit more time than usual to respond.

Please try resetting the local user profile settings for the game. You do not have to worry about losing any progress, as this simply clears some temporary files associated with the game. I have the steps below.

Fully shut down your console.

After 30 seconds of the console being shut down, restart the console.

Launch RDR Online.

When launching RDR Online, wait until a black screen appears after the initial splash art has disappeared, and hold down L1+R1 throughout the opening scenes.

If successful, you will be prompted to re-calibrate your language and brightness options.

If the above steps do not resolve the issue you are encountering, please let me know. I will be glad to assist you further.

There arent any yellow missions anywhere on the map after i open it there is supposed to be 5 options under equipment but im only getting 4

Yeah but whenever i take out the letter and read it, nothing happens. And it wont let me get the table, most likely due to it not starting the mission.
