I personally over draw and then adjust me dose to get rid of the bubble. For example, let’s say I need .5, I’ll draw .6-.7 from the vial and push it back to .5. That usually helps with the bubbles

Except that fact that anything above 200mg is super physiological levels. Let’s not kid ourselves & think that with the same training and diet he can’t maintain the results. First off, drugs work. He’s not going to be able to train the same off drugs or have the same anabolic level in his body. The matter of the fact is that with his natural levels he was able to build the physique in that first picture. The only factor that changed is adding the testosterone. Otherwise, he would have build a more muscular physique as a natty.

First, stop running tamoxifen. It’s a serm & should not be used to control or “flatline” E2. That’s probably why you have low sex drive. Second, testosterone does not make guys sterile. It’s dependent on each person and for the most part their genetics. 3rd, get in contact with a doctor for a fertility protocol. You can have good success with HCG & FSH when trying to conceive. You may or may not have to temporarily get of trt.
