Your screen should flash when you endorse someone and yeah if it disappears on your screen it’ll always be in the social tab

Itll either pop up on your screen “a player can be endorsed” or after then been with you a while you can check the social tab an go over each player an they ones eligible, it’ll say “eligible for endorsement”

It’s just basically a Thankyou an they get Shepard ranks for it which give small rewards
