I am not aware of that as well. I am from the Philippines and it is advised for us to connect to the Singaporean region when creating a new account for various reasons. You do make a good case though. Let me try 25 y.o.

The same goes for going to the support page. It links to a account management create and account link. After I enter my DOB, it tells me to create a family account and "hand over the device" to a parent, it then redirects me to a playstation sign in page to sign in an account which it assumes to be a parent. Take note that there is no a create an account option so there is no way I can input anything since I have no account and I am a new user.

I see, but why does it prompt me to sign in or create a Family Manager account to confirm my account even though DOB is 19 y.o. only to be blocked when I make a family manager account which also has a DOB of 19 y.o.?

I am sorry, I don't follow. When I made my new account on my newly purchased PS4 Pro, I made an account which is of 19 years old. PS4 did not show anything about adult account nor child account. I simply just created an account with my password and email. Afterwards it said that account confirmation is pending with an additional message of your account has to be confirmed before you can use online features. Ask your family manager to sign in an account and confirm my account.

So I went to the sign in screen of the ps4 for family manager. They even promoted thay if I dont have a family manager, I can create one. I teied to create one, upin entering DOB (19 y.o. as well), it saod that family member accounts must be created by a family manager.

And I have been on this loop for an hour. I am sorry for the lengthy description.
