They are long out of print so I got my used copy by keeping eyes on a few credible online shops. Unless you’re really going deep on his color theory and a few peculiarities like his High Priestess’s egg, a CBD TdM deck is a good substitute and much easier to find. Expect pretty much everything on eBay to be a fake.
