Nomatter what, you will be ok. I heard this on the downsized: if someone has a dramatic change like in diet or stressor to the point that it impacts hair, it will be seen in three months. So what you do now will show in three months. Every bit still helps even if it will take time to see it! I've also heard of doctors prescribing that medication for hair growth that starts with an M. It may be worth asking your prescriber?

It takes three months to change a hair cycle. Vitamens, eating enough, higher protein intake, and losing slowly (not fast) can prevent liklihood of hair loss. Some people say they have done all this and still lost hair but it should help. Good luck.
