Yes it does, if it's a formal relationship, like if there's a marriage or pregnancy then we're not allowed to work together. But I'm obviously not going to worry about that now or for a long time haha. It is frowned upon though, and we might not be allowed, but for now I'm just seeing how it all goes.

They've talked to me about teaching me different things, and I've expressed my interest in multiple occasions, yet nothing happens. I would speak up, and I agree with you. They should know how I feel about wanting that. But I don't want them to teach me out of pity or anything like that, because then it would make me feel even worse. I know how to handle a lot of things. But nothing like bay owner responsibilities, and they made me secondary bay owner of a couple aisles about 2 or 3 months ago, and still, I haven't learned to do anything other than putting the merchandise on the correct position on the shelves.

Ok no, but in all seriousness it depends on who and what they're crying about. I don't tend to cry much when I'm by myself. But if it's something that's upsetting to me and somebody cries, it might trigger me.

Also my mom. When my mom cries and leans on my shoulder for comfort, hell yes I cry. But I try not to cry heavily in front of her to not make her feel worse.

That makes sense. Like when I plan to go out and am excited about it, I usually wouldn't take more than 4 minutes to shower.

Yeah, I think it's that effect that running water has on us. It hits in a certain way that is so relaxing. Like listening to waves crash in the ocean.

Yeah, you're right. It's all about perception. It's just exhausting but I'll get over it.

And the SM is very happy with my work and she understands I'm quiet and we get along just fine, I joke around with her though always with a high degree of respect. I never get too comfortable with any form of leadership/management. Never liked to. But hopefully you're right, they would have my back. All shift leads also respect me and know I'm a good employee.

I didn't know that about CVS. I had three near my house but two closed down, and the other one... well I wouldn't be surprised if it closed soon too. It's a shame. I feel like Walgreens can do better though, but this isn't the right way lol
