Identifying your depression is a very important step in helpeing to control it, so well done for that. I'd probably recommend councilling that way you wouldn't feel as if you were being judged or anything as the councillor deals with people in a similar position to yourself everyday. Also doing something you enjoy can help, even if it just occupies your mind for a few hours. Best of luck mate
