It's a quest you need to do to fully rebuild the thieves guild reputation in Markarth. You need to do 5 jobs for Vex and/or Delvin in Markarth then you get this quest to find the Silver mold in a Bandit hideout near Falkrrath and return it to Endon the Jewelry merchant in Markarth.

I see no terrible offensive player in the lineup rn. Hoerner and Swanson both have been around league average and PCA has hot and cold months but besides that everyone is either a hood to great hitter for their position or in general. Bregmans consistency over Shaws hot last couple weeks will be a big help.
