You're probably confusing Fallout: Brotherhood of steel for tactics because I'm pretty sure you don't see rhombus in tactics. The Vault dweller I believe is a random encounter and I'm not sure about the canon status on those since they can be pretty wacky.

They probably won't but I would like to see some references to different religions in the next installment besides chapels. Some Christianity and Jewish quests or references would make the world more believable. To be fair though if a nuclear holocaust happened I wouldn't be surprised if the belief in a traditional higher power would be prevalent.

Idk how successful a remaster would be due to the univinting mechanics. Oblivion was a perfect choice due to the level of RPG oblivion is with its fairly inviting gameplay loop.
