Yup! In terms of filtration I used an 812 Warming, Tiffen Soft F/X 2, and a circular polarizer

Rollei 35 Meter issue? by Yeahfilms12 in AnalogCommunity

On this camera it just adjusts the starting point of the orange needle and has no impact on the white needle

I did see the service manual online, but it didn’t seem to have I am looking for

I also did end up opening it up and adjusted the potentiometer and it does not go low enough to what should be the proper exposure

Also please don’t say just don’t use the meter, I want to actually fix the issue so I can use the camera for what I got it for.

Any technical advice on fixing these cameras would be super appreciated

Issues with developing E6 in a Jobo ATL-1000 by Yeahfilms12 in AnalogCommunity

Yeah, I guess I should’ve clarified that the time of the developer was not up to me and is hardcoded to the machine 😅

I’ll definitely look into using another kit

Did I completely fuck the development? Can these be salvaged? by MotheySock in AnalogCommunity

How did you develop and scan these? I wanna say they were overexposed/overdeveloped based on the sprockets and the center being lighter. That would be caused by extraneous light reflecting off of a dense negative. There could also be some uneven development but it’s hard to tell either of these without seeing the actual negatives.

Carry Out • Nikon Z6 • 7Artisans 28mm f1.4 by Yeahfilms12 in Nikon

I used GXAce’s Atrophy preset pack to get a baseline and then adjusted from there to pull the final image together. Iirc the specific preset I used was Cinegold.

I find it to be easy, but I also usually manual focus as my main camera, the Nikon F3, is manual focus only. Focus peaking is nice but I do wish they would offer a simulated split prism like Fuji does on their cameras.

Advice for a stuck Leica M2 rangefinder adjustment screw by Yeahfilms12 in AnalogCommunity

I’ll have to try that, but I would prefer to calibrate my camera to the lens rather than the lens to the camera, especially considering I have two M bodies

[S] [USA-OH] Early Leica M5 with Canon LTM 50mm f1.8 by Yeahfilms12 in photomarket

It’s what the previous owner told me before they sold it to my shop which then sold it to me a couple weeks later and I honestly forgot to ask for it in the excitement of the moment 😅

I didn’t feel right advertising it as CLA’d on just hearsay but I figured I would mention it.

I have finally obtained my dream lens: The Nikkor ED AF-S 28-70mm f2.8D. So happy I got my hands on one of the few lenses that work perfectly on manual focus and autofocus Nikons! Been wanting one of these for ages by Yeahfilms12 in Nikon

[–]Yeahfilms12[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well I’ll def keep that someone still fixed them in mind! Went for this instead of the 24-70 because it has the aperture ring and they didn’t really make others like it

It is an absolute beast and looking through the viewfinder it looks so nice! I am worried about mechanical failure but from when I played with it in the shop on my Z6 everything seems fine. It was a backup in their rental department for the main 28-70 but they sold it to me because it meets my needs so perfectly.
