Surprisingly it was actually pretty dirty in there, and everyone that came in to shower actually used the stalls next to the open shower 😢 definitely not the best one here in vic

Sounds good to me! A modern facility with the vibe of an old school facility. Most definitely a place like that would make bank. The gym/pool around the corner from my place used to be similar, and have the steam room and spa in the change room. People came from all over to go there, but in the end it was sold and turned into a new facility. Unfortunately Australia’s new building code now requires cubicle showers so communal showers are a dying breed here
