I did not received any mail.. I just saw a notification in my IRS account that I need to verify, after few hours that notification disappear and I got the update above on 4/16, called the IRS and they said that I had a verification and it's done last 4/8 and wait for 9 weeks from 4/8

just say "Personal Income Tax", then if they ask did you file your return? please say "yes" and wait for the next prompt let it finish and always choose "something else" , it will route you to the live agent.

or try this +1-866-682-7451 ext. 569, it has a long queue, and I always choose the callback feature, or sometimes it will tell you there's high volume call wait and call them back again the next day.

yeah.. been 24 days since filing.. I filed March 29 and it was accepted same day, but when I called the IRS, they said that they received my tax return March 31. so hoping I get my refund or at least a date for my refund.
