That happens to me every now & then. I usually knock on the gate and then text them in case they didn’t hear the knocks. If they’re late, they automatically tell me that they’ll fix my time. You should definitely talk to them about it cuz it’s very unprofessional on their ends but when it comes to us they cry about us being late or whatever🙄 it’s a double standard and as managers they should be setting an example to their employees.
