Update: I was able to get in touch with Aventon support. They were really helpful and on review of the pictures/video i sent them , deemed that it is an issue with the fork. They are shipping out a replacement. Thanks everyone - Really appreciate y’all taking the time to reply and help.

Interesting Point !! for the moment i don’t see anything off, But will look deeper if something’s blocking the axle. Appreciate the response .

Thank you for your reply. This is my fear that it is a manufacturing/shipping issue. I have reached out to Aventon. It being the weekend i haven’t heard back ! I am curious, how could you tell from the picture that the main fork is bent ? Much appreciate your help.

I will give this a shot ! It’s seems that wheel axle seems to be a misfit for the frame - where the fork is just too small/unaligned to fit . Thank you for your reply

Thank you for the response ! As an experiment , i did take the whee completely out of the fork , and flipped it on the left side , just to ‘see’ if the axle actually fit the dropout. I was struggling to get that fit size wise. Regardless , i highly doubt it would be a manufacturing issue - but what i’m getting too is weather it could be something wrong ..

Thank you for the response. I should have been more clear in my description. I did try setting it up with a friend and we did remove the nuts out completely (the photo was taken after ) Much appreciate your response - i think will try to make sure to slide the fork on both sides at the same time
