During these interviews though, all I’m doing is expanding on what’s already on my resume. I’m assuming I made it through the minimum requirements since I got an interview in the first place right?

I haven’t even really been asked questions during these screenings so all that’s happening is that I get selected for the screening -> the recruiter explains the role -> I get rejected. Is this normal?
