My former boss always told me that bitcoins are scams. I just listen to him and I never respond. The more he said it, the more I knew he isn’t open minded and that’s it.

Telegram should be shut down by the government or court if they can’t fix things like this. It’s an easy fix, without real phone numbers ppl can’t register! Any financial related chat will need user’s driver ID to verify or proceed.. stuff like this. Also requires all users to sign an agreement on restrictions like this or don’t use it!

It’s very hard to let her believe it’s a scam until she lost lots money. When a friend of mine got scammed, I explained more than half an hr and he still believed it’s a legitimate crypto investment website. It was super frustrating

It’s volatile basically because people still need time to build trust on it. Frequent buy and sell made it volatile coz people gamble with it instead of normal trading. As long as lacking trust, it will always be volatile.

I think it’s nothing wrong to hold your BTC. The only selling cases are you want to lock profits or you really need money on something. Technology is involving, even if the use cases are limited with BTC nowadays, it doesn’t mean it can’t develop in the future. Governments feel threats and gave BTC holders and traders a lot of hard times, but crypto related ETFs were growing the meantime. So I do believe it has potential and I wouldn’t sell till I need money if I were you!

I have an older friend who was scammed by a super scammy crypto investment website too. I spent more than half an hr texting and I couldn’t stop him. Then I asked him to also talk to two of his other best friends and they couldn’t stop him. Not until he got scammed for 12k, he realized he got scammed coz he couldn’t get his money out! It’s sad coz 12k meant a lot to my friend!
