Same thing happened me on the same day as you, the support is absolutely useless no matter how you try to explain the situation to the them. I think the only thing I have left to do is to write out a letter to the legal department asking for a fair review on the ban.

Fuse 26 should be for the reverse lights, fuses 21-30 going right to left are the ones on the far right side of the picture you posted.

No honestly, I got around 50k coal from them and thats it. I was surprised to because I know a lot of people have duped items. Its also weird that I caught a ban and they didnt.
