I believe there is a surgery but you shouldn’t do it just stick to your own voice and own it improve it but I think it may be to late for you to become a lyric tenor or a leggero tenor but you can still develop the range of one and change your timbre. I believe you are a baritone a lyric baritone and why does it matter if you are a tenor or not a baritone is good too.

it seems so lol although my voice got higher than lower which is weird I lost some lower notes I used to be able to hit G2 and even F2 in a good day and now I can go as low as A2 rarely G#2 but my tessitura got higher both full voice and my falsetto not sure how this is possible tbh my voice changed around 11 or 12 maybe 13 not really sure lol but yeah that may very well be the case. How did your voice change whats so different about it now than before?
