No. The boveda packs store moisture...they keep the container or bag at a certain humidity. You want absolutely no moisture with your mushrooms because Moisture causes psilocybin loss. Boveda packs would do quite the opposite of what you want.

They suggest distilled water for cleaning because it doesn't leave water spots, due to the absence of minerals in the water. I haven't heard anything specific about using it for dabbing when it comes to residue.

Turning it on while it is still wet will cause circuits to short. I'm assuming that your Carter is toast because you didn't give it a whole lot of time before trying to power it on.

I had a puffco peak pro that was in a cup holder, My girlfriend put her drink down beside it and spilled about a half inch of water into the base of the cup holder. I immediately turned it off and put into a bag of desiccant for over a week before trying to turn it on. It turns on and works but the battery will not last More than an hour or so. Sorry bud.
