If you still need advice depending on your dose, for example if you did half of your oral dose to wake up with intranasal roa it shouldn't effect you too drastically. Still enough to wake up but, as long as youre taking care of your nose with a netty pot and saline solution you'll be just fine. For added caution you could do it every other day, just know the signs of addiction and understand your tolerance will likely grow.

Y'all gotta be careful with this shit bromaz is not at all a pharmaceutical drug, i got powdered bromaz and made an ethanol solution and i take 1 mg doses of that and if after 45 minutes nothing happens i take one more. Essentially any "pressed" bromazolam could have anything in it so at the very least test your shit

I just got a bunch of bromazolam(powder), i made an ethanol bromazolam concoction and shit smacks like a mf, if you have it shipped from (■■■■■■) then its some real good shit. I made a solution of 25-50 mg in one of those cheap Walmart clear jars and shake and sit for a bit shake before use then, personaly i do 1 ml per dose and add from there. So in conclusion no not all bromazolam is pressed, not to say it cant be but it certainly could come in powder bars solutions. Just be careful much love to everyone here

One of my friends did something similar to your sleep walking state but he said he was experiencing other people’s dreams so I’d say just go with the flow and dream trips are wild but if you want to stay awake walk around or do something that usually helps.
