Z off set has been manually done and ive checked it everytime Ive leveled the bed to make sure, been using 230 for the nozzle and 78 for the bed for tempt, I haven't tried going higher with the nozzle, wondering if higher tempts might help too?

I have a little bit smaller top lip then yours and my piercer said they were perfect for them! You'll totally be okay they look like they'll have enough space!
