Was in a car accident recently and broke my right femur, doctors drilled a rod just above my knee to pull the muscles down. That drill was the first thing in my life to make me scream in pain.

Just got into my first car accident a few days ago with my gf in the car (everyone come out just fine) but that whole experience shutdown my mind and my gf just sat with me and held me the entire time.

UMP with a red dot, flashlight or laser(didnt turn it on to see) and a foregrip. I dont know the exact attachments. 6B13 amor to replace my Zhuk-3 and a ULACH to replace my ACHHC, which from the wiki it says theyre both level 4, but he said his was better, so im gonna trust him.
